In Ms. Mercado's Health Science Theory classes, students participated in an activity where one student was blindfolded while their partner gave clear verbal instructions to help solve a puzzle. The blindfolded student had to rely only on their partner's communication to be successful. This activity emphasized the importance of trust, active listening, and teamwork. Just like in healthcare, effective communication is essential for creating a positive culture and preventing mistakes.
