The Judson Swim Team is working through drills during practice. During the breaststroke drills, Coach Murphy gave the upperclassmen the opportunity to teach the underclassmen the correct way to turn their feet. Foot position is the toughest part to learn in breaststroke and the upperclassmen did a great job teaching it, developing an effective kick for every swimmer that needed the help.
